Serve Relentlessly
We only win when the client wins. We stay with the problem until the client has a useful next step, even when it takes more work than expected. We also tell someone not to buy when the fit isn't right.
We teach people how to start and fill sober living homes. Andrew operates 18 homes in California, and our team helps members put what they learn into practice. We're hiring for two roles: one in enrollment, one in member coaching.
We work remotely and make time to get together in person. Here we are at our 2026 retreat in Cabo.

These values shape how we treat our members and one another. They show up in the small things: following through, owning a mistake, helping a teammate, and speaking up before a problem grows.
We only win when the client wins. We stay with the problem until the client has a useful next step, even when it takes more work than expected. We also tell someone not to buy when the fit isn't right.
When something breaks, we look at our part first. We do what we said we'd do, by when we said we'd do it. If we miss, we own it before we explain it and fix what needs fixing.
When the team is behind, we take more, not less. We share what's working and help the person beside us improve, because protecting your own numbers while the team struggles isn't winning.
We say the hard truth early and with care. We challenge ideas, never people, and bring a possible solution instead of dropping a problem in someone else's lap.
