The 90-day path
The process is a 6-week course, a launch built on proven documents, and a referral system that fills beds. Most members who attend the coaching calls and take action open their first home within the 6-month program; members average their first residents within 90 days of starting.
Weeks 1–6
The 6-week course covers the whole model, but the first job is market research: calling the treatment centers, courts, hospitals, and shelters in your target market and finding out where they send people now and what's missing. If referral sources have nowhere good to send people, you have a market. If they don't, you pick a different market before you've spent a dollar.
Weeks 4–10
