Three phases, one filled home

The process is a 6-week course, a launch built on proven documents, and a referral system that fills beds. Most members who attend the coaching calls and take action open their first home within the 6-month program; members average their first residents within 90 days of starting.

Weeks 1–6

The 6-week course covers the whole model, but the first job is market research: calling the treatment centers, courts, hospitals, and shelters in your target market and finding out where they send people now and what's missing.
