B2C Sales · Open Role

Help the right people make a clear decision.

You're not here to pressure someone into joining Sober Living Riches. You're here to understand what they want to build, tell the truth about what we offer, and help qualified applicants decide whether our community is right for them.

The Role

You own the conversation from first call through the final decision.

Applicants have already watched our training and raised their hands. Your job is to understand their situation, their reason for starting a sober living home, what resources they have, and whether they're ready to follow through.

When the fit is real, you'll explain our courses, community, and coaching in plain language, answer their questions, and help them make a decision. When the fit isn't real, you'll say so. Both outcomes protect the prospect and the community.

You also own follow-up. If a thoughtful applicant needs another conversation before deciding, you keep ownership of the relationship and make sure the follow-up doesn't drift.

What You'll Own

The work you'll be responsible for.

These are the parts of the member or applicant experience that sit with you. Some require a clear process. Others require you to listen, use good judgment, and know when to ask for help.

  1. Run honest enrollment calls

Ask useful questions, listen closely, and understand the person before explaining the offer.

  2. Qualify for fit

Look at readiness, resources, expectations, and willingness to implement. Enrollment is not the right outcome for every call.

  3. Explain the offer clearly

Connect the courses, coaching, community, and tools to what the applicant is trying to accomplish without promising an outcome.

  4. Own follow-up

Keep accurate notes, make the next step clear, and follow through until the applicant reaches a real decision.

  5. Study your calls

Review conversations, accept coaching, and keep improving the way you ask questions and handle concerns.

  6. Protect the member experience

Set honest expectations before enrollment so new members know what support they have and what the work requires from them.

You'll probably thrive here if...

  • You've sold a high-ticket B2C offer and can describe how you qualified people, not only how you closed them.
  • You know the difference between helping someone make a decision and manufacturing pressure.
  • You're comfortable telling a motivated person that the offer isn't the right fit.
  • You follow up without waiting for a manager to remind you.
  • You care about the mission and still use sound judgment when deciding who belongs in the community.
  • You want coaching on your calls and can apply feedback without becoming defensive.

This probably isn't your role if...

  • You rely on pressure, tricks, or false urgency to close.
  • You treat every lead as a sale that must happen.
  • You avoid follow-up when the answer isn't immediate.
  • You want a script that removes the need to think or listen.
  • You can't discuss money directly and respectfully.

What to cover in your Loom

Record a 2 to 4 minute video and answer these three questions in order.

  1. Your sales background: What you've sold, the price points, where the leads came from, and what part of the sales process you personally owned.
  2. A real decision: Tell us about a time you helped someone decide not to buy, or to wait. What did you hear that changed the conversation?
  3. Why this role: Why Sober Living Riches and why Enrollment Advisor? Tell us what makes this work a fit for you.

Your application will be reviewed by the Sober Living Riches team. We'll contact candidates whose experience and answers match what the role requires.
