How much does a sober living home make? +
Most sober living homes cash flow between $3,000 and $8,000 per month once filled, depending on market, bed count, and rent structure. Do I need a license to open a sober living home? +
In most states, no license is required to open a standard sober living home, because residents live together voluntarily and no clinical treatment happens on site. Do I need to own property to start? +
